Dan worked for me three times. His work is very good. He was always professional. Not so this last job. His quote was $2,600. This was a verbal agreement. He told me that he would need some extra sod; needed gravel and repaired a hole dug by my dog. Without an invoice he verbally told me that the job was now $3,400. I paid him $2,900. He is now threatening small claims for the additionally $500. Very disappointing.

Fencing

Prices range from $25 to $65 per linear foot, depending on materials and design.

Pavers

Basic stone and patterns start at $25 per square foot, while more intricate inlays and expert patterns begin at $45 per square foot.

Sod Installation

Choose rye or fescue sod, priced between $4 to $6 per square foot, including installation.

Seeding & Overseeding

$2.75 per square foot for reseeding or overseeding to improve lawn density and health.
